Pink Nouveau, Speed Dial, Snob, Creme Cup, Blankety
Mac Lipsticks are always fun to wear since they come in a huge variety of colors and finishes which are perfect for this time of year. No surprises here, I love cutesy pinks and subtle nudes, so without further adieu, I give you my favorite Mac Lipsticks.
Mac-Pink Nouveau
Pink Nouveau: A satin finish, this cool-toned bright pink, is a lighter andmore pigmented version of Speed Dial but the texture is a bit smoother and creamier although it can feel a little stiff and dry when applying. Pink Nouveau looks flattering on fair to medium skin tones and is hydrating and longlasting.
Mac-Speed Dial
Speed Dial: Speed Dial is a Cremesheeen lipstick, bright medium pink in color but slightly sheer. Unfortunately Speed Dial does not go on the lips as smoothly as the other lipsticks, it tends to tug on the lips. However its hint of golden shimmer and sheer coverage makes it flattering on many skin tones in my opinion.
Mac-Snob
Snob: A Satin finish, Snob is a very opaque, milky pink with slight lavender undertones. It’s a gorgeous, eye catching color, but I’ll admit it can be difficult to pull off, especially on warmer/darker skin tones. However a little bit goes a long way and when worn sheered out, Snob can look very pretty.
Mac-Creme Cup
Creme Cup: This lipstick is my absolute favorite Mac lipstick hands down. Creme Cup is the perfect pinky-nude color for my warm/medium skin tone, and I think it looks adorable for everyday wearable looks. The texture is just delicious, Creme Cup goes on so smooth and soft. It has a very creamy formula, yet it feels light-weight on the lips.
Mac-Blankety
Blankety: Blankety is one of my favorite nude lipsticks of all time. The color is a darker beige-nude which is great on medium to dark skin tones. The amplified texture of Blankety feels amazing on the lips, even more luxurious than Creme Cup and it glides on opaque in just one swipe. Moreover, the soft creamy texture makes this lipstick feel very hydrating, but slightly heavy on the lips.
