Posted on the 03 February 2014 by Parbindkumar

Friends Facebook is testing graph search for mobile phones that means very soon we are able to access Facebook search feature on mobile phones. On Saturday a few people saw this feature on Facebook.  This is not shocking news for you because Facebook CEO (Mark Zuckerberg) distinguished during company’s fourth quarter earnings announcement last week that we are coming with intelligent social search engine for mobile very soon. There is nothing much different in mobile graph search. Same search friends by name or find any info by phrases.

If you don’t get notification regarding that you can’t find any changes about this mobile  seach similar like desktop feature until you type something in search bar you can’t see any new things.

The Graph Search when you click in search bar drop-down menu appear suggesting several new categories for information’s like people, photos, posts and topics.

They are also offering suggestions in search bar like you want to search for “people who work at x.com” or people who speak English language.

This same feature is currently available for desktop version but mobile has huge potential to use this feature and it would help Facebook to attract large number of people.

I searched some restaurants nearby my home that my friends visited but I don’t find any restaurants near one miles, Facebook used GPS system to fetch location data and showing results with my friends who have liked it.

Anyway it is game changing feature for Facebook and for us it will help to find things easily on facebook such as friends shared news, updates, restaurants, events and bars.
