I thought I would do two product reviews in one, as I think the products work well together to make sure you are taking care of your eyes.
THE BEST EYE MAKE UP REMOVER
It is quite a bold statement to say that this particular product is the ‘BEST’ eye make up remover, but I do genuinely challenge someone to find a better one for me to try?
I have tried several different eye make up removers from well known and popular brands, such as Simple and Dermalogica, but I always come back to this one, Loreal Paris Dermo Expertise Absolute Make up remover for eyes and lips (which costs £4.99)
Unlike other brands I have tried, this one takes the make up off effortlessly, I barely have to rub my eyes! (My mum swears by it to, and Mothers do know best).
I just want to make ONE THING CLEAR, as LOREAL do TWO different MAKE UP REMOVERS which look similar! The other one which is light blue in colour irritates my eyes and actually courses a slight allergic reaction (Not a huge one but enough to make me stop using it), however this one is half light blue and half dark blue and you SHAKE TO ACTIVATE, (This one is specifically for sensitive eyes).
The description says this product is good for contact lens wearers and those with sensitive eyes, (I don’t wear contact lenses though so I cant really comment on that part).
Safe Make up removal:
Whatever you are using on your eyes shouldn’t be stinging or making you vigorously rub to get any off!
EYE CREAM
You will probably see from my other Skincare Treats post, that I am VERY into anti-aging products, and think EVERYONE SHOULD BE USING AN EYE CREAM.
The one I am using at the moment is Loreal Collagen Eye Filler, which you can probably guess I chose because of the words COLLAGEN FILLER, and the fact that it was under £15.00, (an absolute bargain when it comes to eye creams).
This one is designed to brighten dark circles and fill lines, and all though I am at the age where I don’t particularly suffer from either, I am very happy with the product, it makes a difference to the appearance of my under eye concealer, and I have to make sure I wear the two together now. My under eyes are soft and well hydrated with this Eye cream.
