I have been a little more absent from my blog than I would have liked over the past few weeks – I keep saying to myself today’s the day I will write another blog post, and I get out my laptop, and instead I browse Facebook, twitter and ASOS for hours, (Procrastination at its greatest)… And then the evenings just go by, I don’t buy anything and nothing interesting happens, (Not very productive at all)…But finally I am sat down ready to write.
Now this is quite a big statement for me to make, BUT I actually think I may have found THE BEST MASCARA known to women! If you are a regular reader you will have seen my posts on some budget and high-end Mascara’s, and unfortunately this AMAZING Mascara is one of those high-end ones, retailing at £18.00 (But it is TOTALLY worth it)!
The Mascara in question, is none other than M.A.C cosmetics ‘Extreme 3D Dimensions Black Lash’…and ‘Oh My God’ it is the ultimate MEGA brush, it gives volume, length and curls, (Although I do get a little help from my lash curlers) it doesn’t clump, smudge or flake down the face, (Everything I want and need…It is even better than ‘They’re Real’ by Benefit…Yes I said it). I am a girl who loves my big, full lashes, and although you can keep a more natural look with this Mascara (If that’s more your kind of thing), you can also go the full ‘beauty queen’ style with an extra few applications.
When I first looked at the brush I wasn’t convinced, the design looked similar to ones I had used and complained about in the past, but I went with it, (And I was not let down).
The Design…
The handle on the wand is curved, which allows you to get a better grip on the wand, while the brush continues around the tip for easier application on those corner and bottom lashes.
M.A.C have used a ‘lightweight whipped formula’ which coats the lashes just perfectly – It comes in an intense black color (And I mean intense, it is the ‘blackest’ black Mascara I have ever seen), which gives your lashes that instant dramatic look!
(I rate this Mascara that much that I’ve even chosen to wear it over ‘Falsies’)
