I am going to be reviewing Estee Lauder Dominant Pure Color Envy Lipstick. This is my first Estee Lauder lipstick and I had a hard time picking up one shade as my first, I tried to steer away from reds, and ofcourse I ended up at a fuchsia lipstick called Dominant. And I am really happy with my pick, as I love bold bright shades.

Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting lipstick are sure pricey so I am actually glad at the rich looking packaging, its a deep navy blue square bullet with a magnetic cap, which makes it extremely travel friendly, and the lipstick surely looks pricey.

While swatching the lipstick I could sense they are creamy my only fear was that they should not be too creamy as to they wander off the lips after sometime, although its not a kiss proof lipstick but it surely doesnt feather around the lips.
Estee Lauder Dominant lipstick is a medium toned bright fuchsia color, it is quiet similar to Mac Girl About Town. It gives opaque coverage in one swipe and glides on the lips smoothly and evenly. This lipstick is quiet wearble as its a bit deeper color of fuchsia and not a neon pink color, so Estee Lauder Dominant lipstick apt for warm apt yellow and warm undertones. It has a sweet vanilla kind of a fragrance which is not very strong and doesnt stay for long, I quiet enjoy the way this lipstick smells.

Dominant is very light weight even though its creamy and its very hydrating on the lips. I did not expect it to be so hydrating and light weight at the same time. It doesnt feel heavy on the lips at all, and as Estee Lauder describes it to be a lip sculpting lipstick, it sure gives a carved out look to the lips and is very rich looking on the lips too. When freshly applied it has a sheen to it more like a satin finish but after sometime it settles down into a semi matte finish.
And I cannot stress enough how rich and pigmented this lipstick is. It is so hydrating on the lips, my dry lips cant thank me enough for this lipstick.

The wear time is close to 6 hours on my lips. Estee Lauder Dominant is a light wear, creamy , extremely pigmented and long wearing lipstick. Frankly I couldnt have asked for anything more in a lipstick, I think it is pricey but it does live up to the expectations. I cant wait to pick up more shades from this Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting lipstick range. Until next time.
