Wait, let's not get too excited just yet, as this beautiful shimmery effect is just a light over spray. WHY DO COSMETIC COMPANIES DO THIS?!? It's so frustrating, my beady magpie like eye will spot & buy something shiny & pretty only to later find out that after a couple of uses it's nothing more than a plain old matte product! I find it so misleading, as after the thin over spray is rubbed away your left with a satin shadow with no hint of sparkle in sight. Yes it is a nice wearable shade that I will most probably get some use out of. The texture is nice & smooth & easy to work with considering the very low price tag. Packaging is pretty standard but feels sturdy & I do like the fact that you can see the color of the eyeshadow from within the packaging.
