As some of you may know, I'm hopefully going to be training to become a college teacher September next year. And one of the main things I'm excited for is buying "teacher outfits". Obviously, I'm excited about actually becoming a teacher too, but this gives me an excuse to make my wardrobe more sophisticated!
One of my unlikely style crushes is fictional Glee character, Emma Pillsbury. She's all about bright colours, girly accessories and never ever ever EVER wears trousers! Her style is ultra feminine, keeping with the 1950's classic shape. Her skirts are always to the knee and never flaunts a fully bare arm.
So I've decided, as a regular feature on this blog, that I'm going to be compiling a number of different outfits from various high street stores emulating Miss Pillsbury's style, because these are the types of outfits I want to be buying in shortly to make up my own teaching outfits!
I started off with New Look as it's one of my favorite and budget friendly high street store. A large percentage of my wardrobe is from New Look, so it seemed the best place to start.
