Dry nails in 60 Seconds?! Revlon Top Speed Nail ColourIf you have been reading my lil ol blog for a while now you may know that Revlon is one of my favorite brands for nail polish. With a wide range of smooth, opaque shades that only need two coats & with a perfect sized brush what more can I ask for.
So when I saw that www.fragrancedirect.co.uk were selling there Top Speed range that offer all the above but with the drying time of 60 seconds for just 99p, I bought a bunch of them to test out.Dry nails in 60 Seconds?! Revlon Top Speed Nail Colour730 Royal - Is a true royal blue shade, which I think is quite hard to come by in drug store polishes. 'Royal' is the sheerest out of the bunch, with two coats you can still see the slightest bit of the natural white of the nail.

350 Mistletoe - From a distance looks a charcoal gray with silver flecks. Up close is a dark leaf green with silver flecks. A very unique shade & the thickest of the bunch, you could probably get away with one thick coat. The thickness does mean it takes slightly longer than the rest to dry.
570 Vintage - A very opaque classic dark berry shade, that applies extremely smoothly.
120 Cupid - Is a real Barbie pink which is again very opaque & easily applied. I really do love this shade & can't wait to wear it this summer.
810 Hazy - is a cloudy sky gray. With just one coat is quite sheer, but looks perfect with two.
All five of these polishes are beautiful wearable colours & I will definitely purchase more. I don't agree with Revlon's claim of the polish only taking 60 seconds to dry, it may be true with just the one coat but not with the two coats that are needed. I would say the polish takes no more than five minutes to dry, which is still a great achievement. So to round up Revlon Top Speed polishes deliver exactly the same great quality as the normal Revlon polish with half the drying time....great!
