For a dessert treat, the Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes are perfectly fit being so tasty and yummy. The concotion of peanut butter and chocolate is amazingly delicious that doesn't require any frosting or icing. Though, icing and frosting is as per your preference.

Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup granulated Sugar
    • 3 tbsp creamy peanut Butter
    • 1/4 cup fat-free sour Cream
    • 1 Egg
    • 1 Egg white
    • 1 cup all-purpose Flour
    • 1/4 cup baking Cocoa
    • 1/2 cup hot Water
    • 1/2 tsp baking Soda
    • 1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate Chips
    • Powdered Sugar

How to make Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Step 1: In a bowl, beat granulated sugar, peanut butter, sour cream, egg and egg white with electric mixer until well blended. Step 2: Beat in flour, baking cocoa, water, baking soda, chocolate chips until mixed. Step 3: Line 12 muffin cups with paper, then spoon the mixture evenly in all cups. Step 4: Bake the muffins in a preheated oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Step 5: Remove from pan, then cool them on to wire rack. Step 6: Sprinkle tops of the cupcakes with powdered sugar, then serve.
