While shopping for clothes, this spring, I came across a lot of accessories with pom pom details. Pom Poms are an easy way to add flair and color plus adding them to anything is effortless. So I set out to make myself a pair of pom pom heels and turns out it is really simple.
- Glue Gun + 2/3 Glue sticks
- Craft Pom Poms of your choice
- A Pair or two of sandals
Step 1: Keep aside Pom Poms of your choice. You can go basic, use pastel colors or primary colors.You can use the same layout on each shoe or change it up a little bit. It helps to have a fair idea of how you want the layout to be beforehand.
Step 2: Hot glue the pom poms and remember to press them down as the glue sets in. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions when using a glue gun. (It is pretty easy to use but I am usually wary of hot stuff!)
Step 3: Repeat on the other sandal and as many pairs as you want if you like the end result (which is what I did.) That's it. You have a pair of pom pom heels ready for summer!
