My last post was more than a year ago and I couldn't help but think where the direction of my blog is going. I find it hard to maintain my blog due to unforeseen circumstances.

I am currently detached and disconnected from the culinary world as I'm finishing my Trainer's Methodology from TESDA. Well, it's not the most pleasant thing to do but all I have to say is that although I'm not interested and enthusiastic with their methods and not even happy that they don't even provide any training, the school including myself will need to comply with their requirements.

And even before I became busy, I find no inspiration to write at all. Even if my mind is full of ideas, I just wanted to stop blogging, writing, cooking, taking photos and even teaching and pursue a different career. But somehow with all the hard work that I've done for this blog, it would be a waste to just leave it all behind. This used to be my avenue of emotions where I couldn't express myself in any other way. This has been also my way of stepping out of my comfort zone and allowing people to take a peek of my life

Early days of my blog....

But the Lord has spoken into my heart about blogging again when the wedding is over (yes, I'm getting married) and when we've finally settled down in our small yet charming house.

I still remember how I started this blog. I started this blog so I could do something for myself. I know that I would have random readers who would visit this blog in the future. So, although this may be a food and nutrition blog, I am also burdened to write about certain areas in life that God spoke to me about.

In the next few months, I would be occupied with the wedding plans, finishing the interior of the house, finishing an assignment for the school and getting ready for the next batch of students this coming June. While I'm busy with other responsibilities, I would also like to share with you in the next few days a story that God has written for me.
