As I am a very honest and open person I am struggling with my life at the moment with my disabled daughter with Hydrocephalus not only this I juggle my work life blogging and personal all at the same time.
For Breakfast I still have Diet Chef items and very impressed by these as they have a wide selection to choose from but I do find that I simply do not have enough of some food to last me then have other items gone ?
Love the Breakfast Biscuits also I use the snack ones for the morning too, do find is not enough as would like to do a week with them then do a week with the granola.
Lunch Had the delicious -
Tomato, Pepper, Cheese Pasta Pot

I have to say not a huge fan of the dinner from Diet Chef just cant seem to get my head round them.Find the textures are just too slimy for me.Its ok but would I stick to the soups for my Dinner as they are much nicer and are very much like your own soups that you make at home, as I could not tell the difference between my hubby's home-made soup and Diet Chefs which I think is good as they taste so fresh.Snacks-For the weeks in September my snacks that I had.Cranberry Protein Snack Bar
These bars are so nice not too much cranberry in them but just enough to get the taste coming though.For my weight nothing has changed I did put on a few pounds before this then I dropped down again.After this don't seem to be loosing weight just staying the same ,do think the key is also good exercise so stared on my bike and cross-trainer and now seeing my body tone up.
Still got a way to go to reach my goal as not get rid of my tub.
