I have been wanted to do a day to night look for ages and I have finally got round to it today, I hope you enjoy it. I think it would be great for Christmas do's when you are going straight from work or a day out.
I used used the MUA Poptastic Palette alongside the Naked 2 palette. I used pretty much all Real Techniques brushes with the Wilkos Eyeliner Brush, which by the way is amazing. For the day look, I basically took pizzaz purple (MUA Poptastic) all over the lid and then blended pistol (Naked 2) through the crease. I then lined the top and bottom lash line with Blackout (Naked 2) to add a bit more definition.
For the night look I stuck a bit of masking tape along my lash line, this helps create a clean wing. I took more of Blackout (Naked 2) along the lash line and winged it out keeping it close to the tape. Then I threaded the black shade through the crease, this is so hard to describe hopefully you will be able to see what I mean through the pictures. Finally I took the purple shade on the bottom lash line.
I hope you enjoyed this look, I love winged liner, and will do it whenever I can. I think this look is quite easy to do, as the tape helps so much with the wing and is so easy for beginners. So if you are a beginner I would suggest using tape to help build confidence when doing a wing.
