The Dawn To Dusk To Dawn Track Ultras 2016 currently taking place in Sharon Hill, PA, USA have Pam Smith leading the 24 hour after almost 9 hours. A very strong womens field with Melanie Rabb in second and Connie Gardner in 4th, 8th overall, on 53 miles.
Leading the men is Josh Finger on 62 miles with John Cash on 60 miles and Bob Hearn on 57.
