Pat McGrath is one of the world’s best makeup artists today. As Creative Director for Procter & Gamble Beauty, Cover Girl, and Dolce & Gabbana the Makeup, this lady has a lot on her hands, literally, a lot of the time. She is British and was raised in Northampton, England by her mother who loved watching movie classics with her.
What I love about the video below put up by CoverGirl just this last December 30 is it’s shot as beautifully as an ad, but it gives you Pat McGrath as she really is and you can tell she isn’t the sort to put up an act just for the limelight. Her lovely-to-listen-to voice narrates her makeup steps in a very attractive way and Mom said “She’s good because her voice and her presence are comfort allies for a client, like she knows exactly what she’s doing.” Watch her smoky eyes, step-by-step video for CoverGirl cosmetics.
