First class of the 2015! Since we are still all in holiday mood and since Chinese New Year is approaching just next month, and since there is always a good reason to party (...specially in Shanghai), the first cooking class of this year will be about FINGER FOOD!

I have noticed that when I am invited to parties, I end up finding always the same dishes: guacamole, pasta salad, meatballs, quiche (if someone really wants to get fancy). However there are SO many dishes that you could offer to your guests and that would definitely let them say "wow"!

Cooking Class – January 25th!

If you feel like you need to 'step up your game' and want to learn some original finger food, join me on January 25th and learn how to make:

- risotto patties with ground beef

- canapes with avocado cream and smoked salmon

- caprese bites

- mini dessert
