New year, new you! Have you resolved to start working out, but wondering where to start? Welcome to Let's Get Moving, an exercise course for beginners.

Our first-ever video exercise course launches on Tuesday, January 7. Overcome your fear of exercise and learn to love movement with Swedish triathlete Jonas Colting. Fresh, funny, and never intimidating, this 6-part course covers walking, squats, lunges, hip thrusters, and push-ups. These exercises require no equipment and can be done anywhere, any time, and at any level.

You asked us, and we heard you. You told us you wanted easy and approachable exercise content that would inspire you to start moving. So we combined a beautiful natural setting with practical and fun tips and advice. It's different from anything else that you've seen on our site. We really hope you like it. We're so excited to get moving together.
