If I was a cat, I would be Garfield for like him, I love lasagna. The layers of tomato sauce mixed with mincemeat, ricotta cheese and mystery white sauce are such a sinful combination but taste so good. I even spent 5 hours making homemade lasagna on a three-part live stream before. From handmaking and rolling my dough to cooking 2 kinds of sauces, it was a tiring process that made me understand why you do not find handmade lasagna sold in stores anymore. Needless to say, it was an unforgettable experience that has made me the best critic to review this lasagna.
Aside from the lasagna, I will be reviewing another comfort food, Nonna's Authentic American Mac 'n' Cheese. These dishes are from Shepherd's Pie Singapore, one of the 5 Best Pie Delivery in Singapore. Previously, I reviewed their massive beef Shepherd's pie, curry beef Shepherd's pie and chicken Shepherd's pie. In this review, I'll be reviewing Sienna's Traditional Lasagna and Nonna's Authentic American Mac 'n' Cheese.

Shepherd's Pie Singapore
Shepherds Pie Singapore journey started when they were baking for their friends at a Christmas party. Their friends like it so much that they were asked to bake these pies for friends and school events. Soon, this humble little adventure turned into a business. A business where they can provide comfort in the form of a hot Shepherd's Pie to your doorsteps. These days, Shepherds Pie Singapore has expanded to making lasagna, selling pizzas and even burgers!
There are two types of lasagna that you could choose from, triplo cheese traditional lasagna and a vegetarian-friendly version that is made with spinach and ricotta cheese. As for the Mac 'n' Cheese, they currently only have one Mac 'n' Cheese dish, Nonna's Classic Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese. However, since Shepherd's Pie is their speciality, they have married Mac 'n' Cheese and Shepherd's Pie together. There are four kinds of Mac 'n' Cheese Shepherd's pie that you can choose from:

- Mac 'n' Cheese Black Pepper Chicken Shepherd's Pie
- Mac 'n' Cheese Black Pepper Beef Shepherd's Pie

Sienna's Traditional Lasagna
Sienna's Traditional Lasagna is created by Sienna De Luca, the head chef. Brought up in Italy, Sienna believes that if a food is machine-made, it's no longer Italian. Thus, expect her traditional lasagna to be made with handmade lasagna sheets, slow-simmered meat sauce and loads of premium cheese.
Sienna's Traditional Lasagna (Triplo Cheese)
Sienna's Traditional Lasagna (Triplo Cheese) is made with Mozarella, Cheddar, and Ricotta cheese. They are packed between delicious tomato paste, slow-simmered minced beef and hand-rolled lasagna sheets. Various herbs such as bay leaves, oregano and basil herb were also included in the recipe to enhance the flavours of the sauce. Lastly, the lasagna was topped with parmesan cheese.
Sienna's Traditional Lasagna (Triplo Cheese) Review
The triple cheese lasagna is filled with ampleness minced beef and savoury tomato paste. They were layered with these beautifully made lasagna sheets and a variety of different cheeses. The lasagna was made with 4 layers of pasta that means, you're able to enjoy four layers of delicious heaven in each bite. The lasagna was tangy, cheesy and delectable.
Nonna's Authentic American Mac 'n' Cheese Bacon (Real Cheese)
Nonna's Authentic American Mac 'n Cheese Bacon is made using aged Parmesan and Gruyère cheese. The Gruyère cheese is made from fresh cow's milk thus it will taste slightly sweet. To balance it out, smoked bacon is added in. Expect a mixture of crunchy, smoky goodness with a mix of rich and creamy mac 'n' cheese. This dish comes in the serving size of 1, 2, 4 and 6 pax.
Nonna's Authentic American Mac 'n' Cheese Bacon (Real Cheese) Review
The Mac and cheese come with a large layer of smoky bacon at the top. It was topped with a layer of cheese and blazed to perfection. It was crunchy, savoury and a treat for ASMR fans. Under the first layer, you're able to find the perfectly cooked macaroni mixed with an abundance of Parmesan and Gruyère cheese. It was sweet, delectable and a delight to binge on.
All in all, Shepherd's Pie Singapore made wonderful lasagna and Mac 'n' Cheese. I'm starting to regret not getting their Mac 'n' Cheese Shepherd's pie instead for I miss their Shepherd's pie so much. Plus, I feel like they would make a good combination. Nevertheless, you can get all these savoury goodness from Shepherd's Pie Singapore and you get to have a piece of the heavenly pie.
