Oh I really wish I was sitting here about to write you a lovely post on a bargain buy, (I much prefer a review on cosmetics I love), but no, this time Collection 2000 has let me down. I’m a little bit surprised at how poor this particular product actually is, I’m an absolute fan of their concealer, so I just assumed their BB cream would be as good or at least OK. Well, silly me! Literally everything about it, (Apart from the price tag) I dislike.
The formula is too runny, it feels like as you rub it in it rubs off at the same time, (Do you know what I mean?), it gives my skin no coverage, and has no staying power. I literally feel like this is a completely pointless base product for my skin.
The bottle even says ‘No one need ever know you’re wearing make up’, well they are right, as it doesn’t go on. I picked up the light shade, and I can’t even tell if that’s the right color for my skin tone. Maybe I’ve got a dodgy one, I don’t know. I feel awful writing this post as I literally have nothing positive to say, so I’ll keep it short.
Have you tried Collections New BB Secrets Beauty Balm? Have you ever had one of those products you just really don;t get on with?
On a more positive note, it’s Sunday, so time to chill the Chinese is on its way. What are your plans?
