Collection "Cream Puff" Moisturising Lip Cream in "Fairy Cake" £2.99
I headed towards the Collection stand the other day, solely with the intention of picking up another one of their concealers. However, when I spotted this lip cream I was immediately drawn to the pretty coral color.
"Fairy Cake" is a shade I had seen featured by the lovely Alex from I Covet Thee within a couple of her YouTube videos, and as I am such a big fan of a lot of the products she recommends I thought I would  give this one a try too. I don't own many matt lip products as I find that they have a tendency to dry out my lips - though with the price of this at £2.99 and it's moisturising claims I thought I would take a chance and see what I thought.
So glad I decided to do so too, as I am super impressed! The formula isn't drying at all - though I can't say it was particularly moisturising - still, much better than the majority of matt products out there that I have tried. What I really loved though, was how long-lasting it was! The first time I wore it out was for dinner and drinks; I didn't feel the need to re-apply at all throughout the entire night and felt the color and coverage remained the same - seriously good!
I really love the color too. It doesn't appear as "brightly" as it does in the tube on me - though I quite like this as it means it comes across as being more natural with my super pale complexion. I still think it's beautiful though and would more than likely look even prettier on if you had a bit of a tan.
All in all, a great product which I will definitely be repurchasing again. Looking forward to getting my hands on some of the other four shades available - "Cotton Candy" in particular (a lovely fuchsia pink), and for £2.99 you just can't go wrong!
Has anyone else tried the "Cream Puff" Lip Creams? If so, what did you think?Collection
