I've been a rather bad blogger and it's almost been a week since a blog post! I think that's the longest I've gone without blogging since I started Amanda in Neverland! Gasp. As some of you may know, it was also my birthday Wednesday, and on top of university work (sob) I hardly had any time to blog. Oh, and my laptop has also decided to fall to pieces... Good timing...
So, I thought I'd do a really quick blog post before I head off to uni in a rush (as usual...) to show you a little haul of clothes I brought with my birthday money. This is in no way a complete haul, as I still have £50 my mom gave me for my Glastonbury deposit... which unfortunetly my boyfriend and I were unable to get tickets.... crycrycry! Either way, I know have £50 to spend! I'm still considering that £48 penguin jumper from Asos, but am still undecided if I want to spend that much...
Anyway! These are a few things I brought with birthday money.
Like many girls, I'm really in love with the jumper and collar combination for the colder months, and I only own a few collared shirts, so I thought I'd pick a couple up. The black lacy one is from Topshop (which I only ended up paying £4.40 for thanks to a gift voucher and student discount!) and the white one is from Primark.
Oh!!! I have to talk about these boots. I'm so in love with them. These were included in my New Look Denim Competition post, I couldn't believe my luck when I walked into my local New Look and these babies had £10 off! And with my student discount on top I only paid £7.99 for these beauties. I've been living in these the past week. They're so comfy and strangely go with absolutely everything! I also like how they match my phone case... :)
Really comfortable and snuggley jumpers from Primark, £8 each. Really can't go wrong. I love the fact that they have pockets too!
Another lovely Primark find, £1.50 and the perfect size to go underneath all of my new collared shirts.
Thank you so much for all the wonderful ladies who tweeted me and commented my blog wishing me a happy birthday. I had the best time with all the people I love, I also got some absolutely wonderful gifts and was very overwhelmed by how much I recieved from people.
