The May Rose Petals used in the mask is hand-picked once a year during May from Grasse, Southern France. These french rose petals are no ordinary petals that could be picked all season long. Instead, the May Rose only blooms once a yea r for 5 weeks. Due to its delicate and exclusionary state, they have to be handpicked.

As compared to the normal rose the May Rose is 5 times more effective when it comes to balancing out the skin's pH. This exclusively harvested rose petals not only aims to give your skin a soft and smooth finish but, it ensure the glow on your face as well. The real rose petal pieces also aids in improving blood circulation, reinvigorate and brightens the skin.
Aside from the rose petal effect, Coconut extracts was added to gently cleanse one's skin. The bubbles generated from the coconut extracts help protect the skin and prevent any irritation.

First off, let's touch on the design of the mask. I like how the bottle is see through. It not only helps you gauge how much product is left and when to get a new bottle. Additionally, as the mask dances swiftly throughout the tube, it produce a very calming visual. Its petals swim across the area of the bottle, capturing my gaze. With a similar state of a lava lamp, I can't keep my eyes off it as I tilt the bottle back and forth. It was then, I snapped out of the trace and continue reviewing this product.
As I opened the lid, a sweetly scented rose fragrance tickled my nostrils. I let the mask gently flow out onto my palms as I observed the array of rose petals. I noticed how its gel like consistency allows the mask to glide across my skin effortlessly. Although it looks clear in the photos, the gel have a slight yellow tint due to the discoloration of the rose petals. Despite its thick consistency, I was able to spread the mask across my face evenly.
After 10 seconds of heaven, I circulated the the mask with my damp fingers to activate the coconut extract. Soon I splash off the gel to reveal a soft and smooth finish. I like how although my face looked matte, it does not feel dry after usage. Furthermore, the mask did leave a gentle rose after scent on my skin, a scent that I've grown to love.

To ensure the best quality, only baby green tea leaves that grew under the spring sunshine were collected for the masks. This help ensure the green tea leaves harness the optimal natural energy of the island for the product.
The mask uses Jeju Green Tea baby leaves from the first harvest so that the mask could be filled with pure green energy of pristine Jeju.
These baby green tea leaf collected in spring contains Catechin, a compound that have 5 times more Vitamin C than lemon. This makes them perfect for skin protection against UV damage. Green Tea, widely known to be good for both your health and your skin. Thus, when I saw that one of the mask was in the green tea variant I was over the moon. The first thing I noticed about the Green Tea mask was how the mixture of green tea powder and green tea leaves made the mask extraordinary green. As compared to the rose petals, the green tea leaves were ground into small particles. This made the mask feel and look thicker.
One was also able to detect the authenticity of the green tea leaves when they see small green tea leaves stems dancing in the bottle. The mask is such a unique and natural creation.
Upon flipping open the cap, I noticed how it smelled like sweet green tea cleanser scent. It does not smell like authentic matcha green tea or the pure green tea drink. A notable aroma from the mask would definitely be its sweetness.
Besides its scent, it have a thick gel almost becoming jelly consistency. Aside from that, the mask does feels like an exfoliator due to evenly grounded green tea leaves. Like the Rose mask, the Green Tea mask spreads across the skin evenly. However, I was also able to feel the slight harshness from the Green Tea leaves. It clings on to the skin more firmly than the Rose mask.
Subsequent to the usage of the Green tea mask, I felt that my face was mattified and slightly dry. It felt clean and slightly exfoliated - purified.
After 1 week | Final Verdict
After using it dutifully for 1 to 2 weeks, I enjoyed the process so much that I can't seemed to stop using it now. As mentioned, I did noticed that the green tea was stronger and more drying than the rose variant - which is understandable considering the Green Tea variant is supposed to be used at the end of the day. As a result, I feel that the Green Tea variant would be more suitable for normal to oily skin while the Rose variant is suitable for all.
I did notice how my skin was not as oily and I didn't break out as much as before. The masks did a great job in controlling the sebum especially in my T-zone. With daily usage of these masks, I did notice my face become clearer, brighter and more pristine.
All in all, I would give Real Fresh Skin Detoxer 10 Seconds Wash Off Daily Mask Green Tea and Rose Variants 4 IreviewUread smiles. I like how it is a cleanser and a mask in one. As a person who doesn't mask everyday, adopting this routine is a luxury to me. Additionally, I did notice the obvious changes from how easily it is for me to apply my makeup to how I don't have as much breakouts as before. These masks are a savior to my skin.
However, as I have a combination skin of oily and dry, the dry U-zone did not agree to my luxurious approach. The green tea mask can be a little too harsh at some days while the rose mask still sits well with my skin. With that said, I will still continue using both masks because they made me feel like royalty. Telling people you mask twice a day is such a queen like sentence, don't you think?
Note: It is important that one does not leave the mask for over 10 seconds for it can be too drying. After all one must remember that this is not just a mask but it is also a cleanser as well.
