This week I learnt a couple of things at the same time. 1) It has become really difficult to find silver costume jewelry that I actually like and 2) my boyfriend is not the biggest fan of accessory shopping...
After buying a lovely dress for my birthday celebrations Wednesday, I noticed that the danity silver coloured Peter Pan collar is going to clash with all of my favorite jewelry. It also means that I can't wear a necklace or statement earrings due to how highneck the dress is, which means I'm relying on my rings to make an impact.
And for some reason it is IMPOSSIBLE to find nice silver rings. I rummaged through all my favorite places, New Look, Dorothy Perkins, River Island, Topshop, and for some reason all the rings I lusted for were gold or bronzed coloured.
And then, in the last place I would have expected it, I found these beauties in Claires Accessories. All the rings, except the yin yang one came in a pack for £5! Bargain, and beautiful. I can't wait to wear these out, and I also found that I have the perfect shade of nail varnish to match them: Barry M Turquoise! I may make my nails a white ombre gradually fading into this color to make it less matchy-matchy.
