Do what you can, with what you have from where you are right now.
Don't worry about your 5 year goal and making it happen. Just master the next step in front of you, and then the next step. Get busy right now doing your best work possible in whatever field you are in and start becoming a better person by using more of your gifts and talents at work or in your spare time.
