Guess what? Its that time of the month again! It's time for our monthly round up! My best blogging friends put together a theme post. This month we are doing Mexican recipes for Cinco de Mayo. I'm a huge fan of salsa! I love it...so I created this fresh salsa.and its EASY!
1 large can of plum tomatoes1/4 C diced jalepenos2 T Lime Juice1/4 C Chopped Onion4 Garlic Minced
In a food processor put your tomatoes in it. Pulse 3 times till its chunky. Pour in a bowl. Add your jalepenos, lime juice, onion and garlic. Mix it up and chill in the fridge. Serve with chips.
