I must admit I was relieved to see a lighter shade for today as I'm a little worried about wearing the brighter shades at work...
However, I was pleasantly surprised to see a subtle, glittery shade for today. The varnish is white in the bottle, but goes on mostly clear with a lovely purple sheen/glitter.
Now, I'm aware that in the pictures it doesn't look glittery at all - I'm sorry, no amount of technical jigging will make it show up so you're just going to have to take my word for it.
Now, as pleased as I was with this shade, I was a little confused as it looks nothing like the picture on the box, which was also noted by a friend who also has the advent calendar:
As you can see, I was expecting a purple shade - oh well, not complaining as I like this Ciate shade!
