I'm beginning to see a theme cropping up in this week's Ciate offerings - black and gold. First was Ladylike Luxe (Door 10 - see here) then the Caviar Pearls in Bumble Bee (Door 11 - see here) and now today we have another shade in the same color scheme.
Twilight is, essentially, a black polish. Now, before you dismiss it as a shade for teens going through a goth phase, there is a ripple of gold glitter running through. This, I think, is the saving grace of this polish.
Now, I'm not going to pretend that I love this one - I'm still not quite sure if I even like it - but it's not horrible. It might suit someone with a slightly edgier style than me (I am embarrassingly straight laced and have no flair for quirky style), but I'm going to give another go at a later date. It feels like one that might grow on me...
