Ciate Advent Calendar - Door 11, Caviar Pearls Bumble Bee

Last time, I wasn't overly impressed with the Caviar Pearls (Door 4 - see here) as they seemed to fall off very quickly. I suppose the colour of the pearls wasn't completely to my taste either. However, I was prepared to admit that perhaps it was my fault and that the problem lay in my amateur application. My sister had no problem with hers - she used a full top coat instead of just a top coat on the tip of the nail (recommended in the instructions).
Bumble Bee is gorgeous - a mix of gold and black beads, which goes perfectly with yesterday's colour Ladylike Luxe (Door 10 - see here). I went for a ring finger accent again as I think this is probably the best way for me to wear these, plus it uses less of the pearls up in one go!
I have to say, these Caviar Pearls are far classier than the Prom Queen ones, I think the colours just 'go' better. It's a big thumbs up from me on this door!




I used a full top coat today and the Caviar Pearls have held up a treat! I also used a Ciate shade as a base coat, which I didn't do last time - perhaps they are 'stickier'?
