Happy Valentine's to those who have a special one to spend the day with, but also to those who don't have a better half in their lives yet! Today is the day to say "I love you" to whoever matters in your life. For me Valentine's day is more than just a "couple" thing, it's an occasion to remind those in your life what they mean to you!

So get yourself in the kitchen and let's make this sweet, beautiful chocolate hearts!

Ingredients (makes 30 pieces):

  • 1/2 cup grounded toasted walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 100 gr chocolate wafer (crumbled)
  • 150 - 200 gr dark chocolate

In a bowl mix together grounded toasted walnuts, crumbled wafer and Nutella

Press the mixture onto parchment paper into a flat disc about 0.5-0.7 mm thick and refrigerate for 30 min

Using a cookie cutter, cut off heart shape candy

Continue until you have used up all your mix

On a steaming pot, melt the dark chocolate,

dip in each chocolate candy and let it cool off on a wire rack.
