Chipotle-Glazed Turkey Meatloaf

I have said this before, and I will not get tired repeating it: comfort food is the best!
Fancy food is pretty, comfort food is hearty and good.
I am sure you guys all agree with me here, don't you?

Here is an easy recipe for making turkey meatloaf. The extra kick comes from using chipotle to glaze it, which will give the meat that slight chili flavor and extra moisture.

Here is the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 500 gr ground dark turkey meat
  • 1 slice of whole wheat bread, torn into pieces
  • 1/2 small red onion, minced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 tsp minced chipotle chilies
  • 1 tsp adobo sauce
  • salt and ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
