Chinese noodles with Asian
Here is a recipe we absolutely loved it! I made this recipe on the blog wellness and fitness. I slightly modified the recipe, including amount of coconut milk and oil, so it is a little less light!
Chinese Noodles Asian
For 2 people
-1 Package of rice noodles and soy
-200g smoked tofu
-1 pepper
-2 carrots
-1 onion
-3 Cloves of garlic
-1 Cc paprika
-1 Cc curry
-20 Cl coconut milk
-1 Tbsp fresh or frozen coriander
-8 Fresh basil leaves
Soak the rice noodles in boiling water.
Cut the tofu into cubes or triangles. Fry in the olive oil and reserve
Peel and cut the vegetables. Cut the peppers into strips, grate the carrots and chop the onion Fry in a pan with a little olive oil for 10 to 15 min Book
In pan fry in a little oil with crushed garlic, curry and paprika. Add a little water if necessary. Add the coconut milk, tofu Reduce. Then add the vegetables and mix well.
Finally add the noodles and mix. Sprinkle with chopped herbs
