Cheddar Garlic Parm Knot Rolls

Cheddar Garlic Parm Knot Rolls
Garlic Knots
2 Cups of Water2 1/4 T Yeast3 T Sugar1/3 C Olive Oil4 C Flour1 T Italian Seasonings2 Tsp Garlic Powder
In a bowl add your 1/2 Cup of Warm NOT hot water. Mix in your yeast and 1 T of sugar. Mix to combine. Let sit 5 minutes till bubbly. Add in your olive oil, 1 1/2 Cups WARM NOT HOT water. Flour, garlic powder, and italian seasonings. Mix till combined and turns into a ball. Let it sit to rise for an hour till doubled. 
Garlic Mixture1 C Grated Parm1 T Garlic Sea Salt1 Stick of butter1 Tsp Basil1 C Cheddar cheese for topping
Mix together. Set aside
Now take your dough, and knead it for 5 minutes. Next take inch balls and make them into ropes, making them into knots. Set them on a cookie sheet. Now take a brush and brush the garlic parm mixture on it. Do not let rise a second time. Put them in the oven to bake. When they are almost done sprinkle with cheddar cheese.  Bake until Melted! ENJOY!!
