My experience with the product

Chambor Stay-on waterproof eyeliner pencil comes in a plastic twist up pencil format which swivels only 1 way since the product inside is very creamy. One needs to be careful while using this packaging to twist up only a small amount of product at a time as it doesn’t go back in easily. While there is the obvious advantage of no product wastage compared to sharpenable pencils, one cannot draw very thin lines with an eye liner housed in such a packaging. The liner is soft, creamy, glides like butter on the lids and is a deep dark black. It sets into a waterproof, smudge proof finish within a few seconds of application. It holds up well, doesn't smudge or fade and gives 8+ hour of wear. I've been using this liner for over a month now. It doesn't flake or budge. The color intensity stays good for a long time. I have wear this on both upper lash line and waterline and have never experienced any discomfort.

Final VerdictChambor Stay-on Waterproof Eye pencil is a soft, smooth, long lasting deep black pencil liner that stays on well without smudging or flaking.
