Cardamom Tea / Elaichi Tea
Main Ingredient: tea powder, milk, and cardamom
Cuisine: Indian

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon tea leaves
- sugar to taste
- 3 crushed cardamom (elaichi)
- 1 cup milk
- 2.5 cups of water
Preparation:
- Crush the cardamom pods roughly and keep it aside.
Method:
- In a pan on medium flame boil the water with cardamom.
- Add the tea powder and simmer for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
- Add the milk and sugar and allow to simmer for another for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain and serve hot with snacks.
Note:
- You can skip adding sugar while making tea.
