- 5 sliced vine-ripened Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp balsamic Vinegar
- 8-ounce sliced mozzarella Cheese
- 2 minced cloves Garlic
- 1/2 packed cup chopped Basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Kosher Salt to taste
- Ground black Pepper to taste
- 4 slices of white bread
How to make Caprese Panzanella
Step 1: Arrange tomato slices on the bottom of the greased baking sheet. Step 2: Drizzle balsamic vinegar, then lay the cheese slices on the top of tomato slices. Step 3: Sprinkle garlic, basil, olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Step 4: Arrange the bread slices on top and again drizzle olive oil.
