Canestrelli Biscuits

50 gr. starch
170 gr. granulated sugar
120 gr. margarine
1 egg
100 gr. butter
a pinch of salt
grated lemon rind
a sachet of baking powder
powdered sugar
Work the margarine and sugar until creamy smooth.
