Calorie Counter & Weight Loss Tool

Hey guys, I was looking for as accurate as possible tool that will be a calorie counter & also tell you how many calories you need in a day to maintain or loss weight. Below is the tool that I feel comfortable representing. Its pretty accurate but let me give you walk through.
On the option that says ‘How Many Pounds to Lose’, IF you want to GAIN weight put a negative number. So instead of putting 25, you would be -25 which means you want to gain 25 lbs ontop of your current weight. If you want to lose 25lbs simply put 25 which will calculate how many calories a day you need! Pretty neat!
