Reporting directly to the Corporate CAD Manager, the CAD Manager will be responsible for managing the branch CAD department as well as assume other CAD duties as required. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Requirements:
• Provide mentorship, promote skills development assist in short and long term goal development for all direct reports
• A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline
• Well-developed communication skills
• The ability to create positive relationships with clients, co-workers, management personnel and reports
• The ability to provide leadership, performance improvement opportunities and training to direct reports
• Exceptional people management and relationship building skills
• Willingness to assume drafting duties
Role:
• Provide mentorship, promote skills development assist in short and long term goal development for all direct reports
• In consultation with other departments, ensure that client’s needs and Can-Am’s client service expectations are met
• Actively support the company’s safety program, actively promote safety awareness and stewardship throughout the organization
• In conjunction with Human Resources, ensure proper staffing to meet Branch needs and corporate goals
