Even if you’re not planning to drive through Perth City with the kids, here’s something worth diverting for: a FREE lights projection show  lighting up the heritage buildings at Brookfield Place, St Georges Terrace.

What show? Projection of images taking advantage of design and shape of each building. See photos.

Who do I drag along? Kids, the designated driver, the dog, the entire clan, or the office team.

When to catch the show? Beaming from 5pm till very late, every day from 12 July to 28 July.

Brookfield who? See the blue building on the left, in the Silly Mummy banner up there

Where? 125 St Georges Terrace, Perth City.

Should I park? Definitely, the display lasts about 20 minutes a cycle.

OK, where to park the beast? Downstairs, entry on Mounts Bay Road opposite the Esplanade Bus Port.

I don’t have one. Then you can catch the bus or train.

Come to the city just for this? No, let them drink some yummy hot cocoa, eat beautifully-crafted chocolates and cakes at Theobroma Café.

But we’re all adults! Then check out Brookfield Place website. Plenty of spots perfect for any mood. It’s an amazing addition to the best Perth City spots to be in at night. Dress nicely.
