- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp chopped Dill
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 minced Garlic clove
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive Oil
- Kosher Salt to taste
- Ground black Pepper to taste
- 4 Perfect Pan-Roasted Chicken Thighs
- 4 crusts removed and torned slices rustic Bread
- 1 pound stemmed, pitted, and lightly crushed Cherries
- 3 cored and torned heads butter Lettuce
- 4 sliced Radishes
- 1 tbsp chopped Chives
How to make Butter Lettuce, Chicken, and Cherry Salad
Step 1: In a bowl, whisk lemon juice, mustard, dill, honey, garlic and oil, then season with salt and pepper. Step 2: Remove chicken skin, then take out chicken meat and cut into the pieces while discard bones. Step 3: In a skillet, heat chicken fat, then add bread and toast until golden and crisp. Step 4: Remove from the skillet, then drain on paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
