Yep, its another lipstick post on beautybykaris. But lets just take a minute to appreciate not only this incredible lipstick, but the packaging, and also the well played marketing strategy from Burberry.
About a month or so ago, I was nominated by Laura from Teaseflutterpout, to receive a Burberry kiss. I then nominated five other people, who nominated another five, and the pattern continues. If you didn’t see it all over Twitter, you must have seen it all over Instagram…if not, where have you been?
When the Burberry Kisses sample, landed on my door step, I was not sure what to expect. I thought maybe a little pouch of lipstick, something you would find inside a magazine. Not for one second, did I expect this delightful miniature lipstick. Not only does the size make it extremely cute, but the lipstick case is as incredible, I mean look at that intricate Burberry print. It just makes me want to go and buy a whole load of Burberry lipsticks, for that reason alone.
Being my first ever Burberry lipstick, I kept it classic and went for their Military Red, (We won’t mention the fact I got over excited and dropped it), which is truly a stunning red. As if it couldn’t get better, the formula, and wearability is completely on point.
