Browned Butter Garlic Rolls
Good Morning Everyone, today I bring you my browned butter Garlic rolls!  I made these and they were soo good. I baked them in a cast iron skillet :-)
Dough1/2 C Warm NOT HOT water2 1/4 Tsp Yeast1 T Sugar 1 1/2 C Warm NOT HOT water1/3 C Olive Oil4 C Flour3 T Sugar2 Tsp Salt
In a bowl add your 1/2 C warm water, yeast and 1 T sugar and whisk. Let it sit for 5 minutes till it foams. Next add 1 1/2 C Warm water, olive oil, flour, sugar and salt. Mix till it forms a ball of dough. Get a bowl and spray it and make sure the dough is oiled. Let it rise for an hour or until doubled. Take your pie plate or cast iron skillet and rub it down with oil.  When your dough has doubled take it and knead it for a few minutes. If its a little wet add a lil flour. Next take sections and roll them in a ball. Put them in the pie plate or skillet till filled. If you have extra dough put it in a loaf pan. Cover and let rise till they have risen a bit.  Take about 4 T of butter and melt it. Pour it over the top of the rolls, sprinkle with garlic sea salt, and grated parm.  Put it in the oven till golden brown.

In a skillet put in your half stick of butter and garlic. Cook the butter till the fats start turning golden brown. Pour on top of done biscuits and let it sit. Now I sprinkled shredded parm on top but you can leave it off if you want.
