Hey everyone, its been quiet a lot of time since I did a makeup post, I was itching to get near my vanity pick up my magic brushes and create some smoke...aka...smokey eyes. Smokey eye is my weakness , even when I try to do a day time , work appropriate look I always end up making it smokey or adding darker color to it. Anyways,for this post I decided to stick with just one color. Here is the final look, I did not take pictures for the step wise tutorial because I was just going with the flow I did not have a particular look in mind.
BROWN SMOKEY EYE LOOK:
This is the look I came up with. I have used the Maybelline Eyeshadow Palette in Chai Latte for this look. I have used only a brown eye shadow on the entire lid and blended the same color on the crease.
For the liner I used L'oreal Gel liner in Expresso , I used this liner in the crease along with the eye shadow and blended them well together. For the lower lash line also I used the same eye shadow and blended it to create a smokey eye .
I just added a highlight shade under the brow bone.
I added loads of mascara to the eyes and the look is finished.
For the blush I used NYX BOHO CHIC, which I am going to be reviewing soon.
On the lips I have NYX Round Lipstick in Frappucino and the lip gloss is a The Body Shop one.
Brown smokey eye look is ready for you. I hope you all like it. I am going to be doing (or atleast I hope I will be) more HOLIDAY GLAM LOOK.
