- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 14 tbsp unsalted Butter
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown Sugar, packed
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 large Egg
- 1 large Egg yolk
- 1 cup chocolate Chips

How to make Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet
Step 1: In a bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt, then set aside. Step 2: In a saucepan, melt 10 tbsp butter and cook while whisking constantly, until turns golden brown. Step 3: Remove from the heat, then strain through fine sieve and stir in 4 tbsp butter until completely melted. Step 4: Whisk in sugar and vanilla, then whisk in egg and egg yolk until well combined. Step 5: Add in flour mixture and beat until mixed well, then gently fold in chocolate chips. Step 6: Transfer the mixture into the greased iron skillets, then bake in a preheated oven until edges are golden brown. Step 7: Top with ice cream, then serve immediately.MORE RECIPES
