I have really been enjoying these dōTERRA oils.  Just in the last few weeks I have helped people find ways to relieve migraines, strep throat, nausea and keep our family cold free.  I have been using On Guard on the girls as an immune booster and we have been keeping away colds etc. this season.  However, we are prepared! 
Breathe-Your Way Through Cold and Flu Season Today I do want to introduce you to an awesome respiratory blend.  It is a great and safe alternative to the common Vicks VapoRub without the petroleum or turpentine. 
Breathe-Your Way Through Cold and Flu Season

Breathe

Contains: Laurel Leaf, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Melaleuca, Lemon, Ravensara and Cardamom
Support Overall Respiratory Health
  • Anxiety, Asthma, Bronchitis, Congestion, Coughs, Emphysema, Flu, Mono, Pneumonia, Sinusitis, Tuberculosis
How to Use:
  • Topically, Aromatically
  • Dilute with a carrier oil for sensitive skin* (children 1 teaspoon; babies 1 tablespoon) 
  • Re-apply 2-3 times per day

Use for:
Topically
  • Apply 1-2 drops directly on chest, back, neck
  • Use on bottom of the feet, focusing on areas underneath the toes (where they curl.) 
  • For a massage with 1 tablespoon carrier oil onto chest, neck, back and/or feet
Aromatically
  • Inhale directly from bottle
  • Apply to hands and breathe in
  • Use in an aromatherapy diffuser (amount of drops depends on machine)

*carrier oils-fractioned coconut oil, grapeseed oil, olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil
