We are seeking a Branch Manager to join our team in Grande Prairie
Reporting directly to the VP Operations, the Branch Manager would have proven strategic leadership experience combined with a solid understanding of the land survey industry.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Ensure branch compliance to all safety requirements, government regulations and company policies and procedures
• Actively support the company’s safety program
• Provide mentoring and leadership for all branch employees; promote the development of skills and establish training opportunities.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• A minimum 5 years’ experience in the land survey industry at a senior project manager level, preference will be given to candidates in a leadership position
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry with significant field operations, industry related experience an asset
• Exceptional people management and relationship building skills
• Post-secondary education in science or technology; MBA and/or a Professional Land Surveyor designation would be considered an asset.
