Brainwave Pulled Pork Chips | Crispy & well seasoned beer batter chips topped w/ Massaman Pulled Pork | $5.00

The Brainwave Massaman Pulled Pork Chips were my absolute favorite dish that we ordered! The chips were thickly cut so you are able to pick up the pull pork. The Massman flavoured pulled pork was not too spicy but had a nice spice to it and the pork was very tender and juicy! This is definitely worth your money, these chips were only $5 and you get a mountain of chips and pulled pork! It's a shame that this is only for a limited time only- so hurry in to try it! :)

Summer In Tokyo | Fresh rolls of salmon sashimi and crab stick, fresh salad and wasabi mayo | $9.00

Out of the three dishes we ordered this dish was my least favorite mainly due to the extremely spicy wasabi mayo. Even though my friend requested for no wasabi mayo the staff must of forgotten and placed a generous amount. The rest of the ingredients was very fresh but I understand it would be quite bland without a sauce. The portion of the dish is not worth the $9 we paid for it so that was a little bit of a let down.

Coconut Sticky Rice | w/ Fresh Mango and Berries | $7.50

 I've been eating a lot of sticky rice lately (at Glider KS and Haven- check out the previous posts) and I love it! Everything about this dish was perfect from the aromatic coconut sticky rice to the fresh mango and berries. The only thing that could of been improved is more sauce but other than that this dish is perfect as a dessert or main dish :)

Now to what we came here for- THE SOFT SERVE!! :D We were actually served by the friendly owner of Brainwave Cafe- Ann (HI!! :)) and she asked us how we found out about the cafe and we told her that we saw the famous Thai Milk Soft Serve on Instagram and that's why we came. Ann kindly gave us the soft serves complimentary :) THANK YOU! We got the Thai Milk Tea and the ONA Latte (Coffee flavour). The Thai Milk Tea definitely tastes just like the drink and is a lighter option than the ONA Latte which has a strong coffee hit to it. I enjoyed both of the soft serves A LOT!!
