In celebration of B.liv’s 4th year of providing affordable and effective salon-quality skincare , they have kindly sent me B.liv’s Fabulous Four pack. I took quite awhile to blog about this as I have not been using B.liv’s products for quite sometime, and wish to test trial them for awhile before blogging about it. No reviews are complete until I get to try them. Really appreciated when companies give me the time to test before blogging.
The Fabulous Four pack includes the improved formula of Submerge Me and their latest innovative serum, Hyaluronic Original. Apart from that, b.liv has included their two star products, Off with Those Heads and Immerse Me Japan Silk mask.
This Japan Silk Mask Immerse Me is a moisturizing mask for the excessive dry skin.
The key ingredients are:
- Cationic Hyaluronic Acid : Cationic derivative of HA. It attracts to the skin cells and provides deep penetration of moisture.
- Hyaluronic Acid: Hydrates the skin and improve water retention up to 1000 times of its own weight.
- Cogongrass extract: Optimizes collagen synthesis and skin’s moisture absorption by providing long term moisturization.
My thoughts: I love the material of the mask. It is thin enough and adheres to the skin firmly without dropping. It is full of essence that the essence kept dripping after I took the mask out of the packaging. It leaves a minty cooling feeling on the skin which may appears slightly stingy. After application, the skin feels soft, smooth and hydrated. It wasn’t sticky too! Thumbs up for the mask.
Next up, B.liv Hyaluronic Original Serum.
This is their latest innovation. It consists of 100% pure Hyaluronic Acid powder in solubilized solution. It acts as a super sponge to hold 1000 times its weight in moisture. It provides intensive moisturization and soothes all skin types, including the excessively dry. It’ll revive your complexion and make it the focus of everyone’s attention!
My thoughts: The serum looks like a clear liquid, but slightly thicker than water. Upon spreading it, the serum turns watery and feels slightly cooling on the skin. It is very hydrating. Fine lines caused by dehydration were minimized after two drops. It is non greasy as well, perfect for usage in the morning before makeup and at night too!
And lastly, my all time favorite product – Off with those heads.
This is a must try serum to minimize blackheads in the long run.
My thoughts: After not trying for a while, this product never fails me. It feels very minty on the skin. I only apply it on my troubled areas such as my T zone. I find that white or black heads take quite awhile to form. Even if there’s some white head, they are easily removed just through regular scrubbing. This is because the serum softens the white heads, resulting in easy removal.
