Hello Metalheads! I bring you today some interesting news about a great Heavy Metal band from Greece, which I have already introduce it in MetalWind some months ago, I’m talking about Blade Of Spirit. These Greek metallers bring us now an amazing 2014 version from a legendary song of the band.
Their great masterpiece entitled “Count Dracula”, a fantastic track from their first release “Odes To Carpathian Tales” (demo-tape, 1997), has been re-recorded now with a very good sound and the collaboration of some old members. It’s a special version in which Blade Of Spirit rescues this awesome song from 1997 and they also take a look to the early years of Blade Of Spirit band.
After I have listened “Count Dracula” (2014 version), I have to say that the result is excellent, fantastic sound, guys! I think it’s a great homage to the band’s past and their long years of career along the Greek metal scene.
The re-orchestration by Makis Kavoukas is really amazing on this new version. “Count Dracula” (2014 version) was mixed and mastered by Stratos Karagiannidis at “Valve Studios” in Thessaloniki and you can enjoy it through the following video edited by Yiannis Kaltirimtzis.
