Preparation
1.Wash Bhindi and wipe it clean.Remove both ends and make a slit inside it to fill the masala.
2.Heat a pan and add peanuts to roast.
3.Once it starts roasting, add grated coconut.Once it changes it color,add sesame seeds and roastt for 1 minutes.Switch off the flame.
4.Once cool, add this mixture to the grinder with garlic,salt ,coriander leaves and goda masala.
5.Mix this mixture nicely and fill in the slits of bhindi tightly.
6.Heat oil in pan , add cumin seeds and asafetida, add Bhindi in the pan.
7.Cover with lid and put it on low flame.
8.It will take 15-18 minutes to cook.Stir in between so it should not burn.
9.Once done,garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot roti.
